We are frequently asked to supply developers with a page for their marketing brochures, and we are happy to do so.

Such a page typically includes the Body Corporate financial details (proposed budget, levies etc.) as well as information on the Body Corporate rules and the manner in which the Body Corporate will be managed.

Body Corporate Operational Rules

We are able to provide draft Operating Rules for developers to tailor to their needs. These have been scrutinized by our legal advisors who are experts in Unit Title matters.

Opening Meeting Minutes

As part of the development process a set of opening meeting minutes are required to finalise the legal requirements of each title development. We are able to provide these to you, tailored for each development.
